About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our team at Healdsburg Inn on the Plaza. As a Houseperson, you will be the go-to person for assisting several departments in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment for all guests and team members
  • Provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests, being ready, willing, and genuinely happy to help at all times
  • Assist the front desk team with managing arrivals, providing tours, and assisting guests to their rooms
  • Work with fellow team members in Housekeeping and Kitchen departments to assist with setting up food and beverage, kitchen and common area clean up, and small private event setup and breakdown
  • Assist with guest service requests and promote the Four Sisters Inns collection by developing a knowledge of other properties and communicating information to guests
