We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at Liberty Healthcare Management. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and advocating for their needs.

About the Role:
  • Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall, adhering to the Nursing Practice Act, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Delegate tasks to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel, monitoring work performance under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Orient patients for symptoms and/or reactions, including general physical and/or mental condition, identifying signs indicative of adverse change.
  • Notify attending physicians of emergencies and deaths of patients in the unit, implementing orders of changes in orders as instructed or ordered by physicians.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing, submit proof of license renewal every other year.
  • Willing to work as charge nurses, and work as needed during emergencies to assure adequate coverage.
  • Ability to provide quality nursing care to patients, follow doctors' orders, and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
  • CPR certified yearly.
  • Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
