Position Summary
Proof of the Pudding is a distinguished catering service recognized across the Southeast, dedicated to crafting exceptional culinary experiences from the ground up. This commitment extends into Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services, where we provide elevated concessions and premium offerings for various events, including collegiate sports, PGA tournaments, and more.
We are seeking skilled Bartenders to enhance our Suites Hospitality team. The ideal candidate should be available for all home football games and possess prior bartending experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both pre-event and post-event bar setup and breakdown tasks.
- Prepare the bar efficiently, ensuring all products are properly chilled.
- Maintain effective communication with bar back staff during events to ensure timely replenishment.
- Welcome guests and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Remain attentive to guest needs throughout the event.
- Clean the bar area post-event, including disposing of excess ice.
- Document closing inventory accurately.
- Organize and store all inventory as instructed.
- Adhere to all federal, local, and venue-specific alcohol regulations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.
- TIPs/TEAM certification required (training available).
- Familiarity with upscale and VIP service styles is essential.
- Highly organized and diligent.
- Responsible and accountable in all tasks.
- Maintain excellent grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening and communication abilities.

This role involves event operations, primarily at the Football Stadium or similar venues, with movement across various terrains on campus.
