This position is integral to the ServiceNow Vendor Management Workspace Phase II initiative, which seeks to enhance the organization's strategy for managing contract processes. Building on the achievements of the prior ServiceNow implementation, this initiative encompasses all contract types (Software, Hardware, Miscellaneous Governing Contracts) to foster process enhancements, standardization, and operational efficiency across the organization, thereby establishing a robust foundation for future endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, foster team collaboration, and effectively manage various stakeholders
  • Exhibit strong communication capabilities
  • Show proficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Possess experience in coordinating scrum teams and developing user stories with measurable acceptance criteria
  • Have familiarity with ServiceNow, especially the Vendor Management Workspace Module
