Position: Repair Assistant

Are you ready to play a vital role in our Repair Division? As a Repair Assistant at RED RHINO, you will be instrumental in supporting our skilled technicians by preparing work sites, utilizing specialized equipment, and assisting in the restoration and renovation of swimming pools.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $16-$24 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain job sites with meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage the draining and refilling of pools, excavate trenches, and mix concrete
  • Utilize tools such as saws and jackhammers to aid in pool repairs
  • Assist in plumbing replacements and inventory management
  • Engage in hands-on tasks with a new outdoor workspace each day
  • Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team that appreciates your efforts

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic, physical endurance, and eagerness to learn
  • Effective communication skills and adaptability
  • Commitment to quality and safety in all responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a related field or familiarity with relevant tools is advantageous
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, often involving manual labor and extended hours, in varying weather conditions
  • Capability to work underwater up to 12 feet deep for prolonged periods, testing and inspecting pool components
  • Regularly lift and transport heavy equipment (up to 120 lbs) between vehicles and job locations
