We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Montessori Educator to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-quality educational program that fosters independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning in children aged 0-6.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a beautiful and orderly environment that encourages children to explore and learn at their own pace. You will also provide individualized support to each child, observing their needs and interests to create a tailored learning experience.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of the children
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach
  • Stay up-to-date with Montessori methodology and best practices through ongoing professional development
