Job Summary
This position involves general labor duties essential to the daily operations within the erosion control division at Trinity Green Services LLC. The crew member will be tasked with the physical installation of erosion control measures, including silt fences, inlet protections, and slope matting on various residential and commercial projects.
The role requires taking direction from the Crew Leader to efficiently complete assigned tasks. Daily responsibilities may involve the use of vehicles, hand tools, and equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review the daily work plan with the Crew Leader each morning.
- Assist in loading vehicles with necessary installation materials.
- Represent Trinity Green Services LLC professionally to clients and homeowners.
- Execute all erosion control tasks to a high standard of quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols regarding vehicles, equipment, and site conduct.
- Install erosion control products according to the Crew Leader's specifications.
- Communicate effectively with operations managers and fellow team members.
- Meet daily and weekly installation goals for silt fence projects.
- Maintain and inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment properly.
- Report important information or concerns through the appropriate channels.

- Physically fit, capable of working outdoors for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Proactive approach to performance improvement.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.
- Experience with tools and equipment related to erosion control is preferred.
- Experience with trailer operation is preferred.
