Responsibilities
  • Provide resident-centered care, including daily living assistance, bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Assist with basic health care needs, such as vital sign collection and documentation
  • Support residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as needed
  • Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures, as required
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, behavior, activity, and dietary
Requirements
  • High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
  • Minimum age of 16
  • Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing
  • Satisfactorily complete yearly department-specific competency testing and maintain continuing education credits
