Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Nursing Leader to join our team at Piedmont Medical Center. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel in one or more patient care units">
  • Plan and organize training programs for unit staff members">
  • Evaluate unit nursing care and performance, ensuring that patients' needs are met">
  • Participate in planning work of assigned units and coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license, certification in their specialty (if applicable), and a minimum of [insert years] years of experience in orthopedic nursing leadership. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, are essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Certifications and Licenses:

Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR certification is also required.
