OB Hospitalist Position in Palm Springs, CAWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate OB Hospitalist to join our team in beautiful Palm Springs, California. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide expert medical management for pregnant patients admitted to the hospital, including prenatal consultations, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, and high-risk pregnancy management.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of MFM specialists and neonatologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patients throughout their hospital stay.
- Participate in surgical assists as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operating room procedures.
- Provide timely and effective triage for obstetric emergencies, ensuring prompt and appropriate interventions.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
- Active California medical license or in the process of obtaining one.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Previous experience as an OB Hospitalist is highly preferred.
