Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Exporting Auditor to join our team at Logistic Dynamics, LLC. As an Exporting Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our export operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and process incoming bills of lading (BOL) for invoicing purposes.
  • Sort and inspect mail and emails for invoicing requirements.
  • Collaborate with freight broker agents to gather customer requirements.
  • Input verified bills into the accounting system for customer billing and carrier payments.
  • Interact with internal personnel and agent offices for accuracy of invoices.
  • Support the Accounting team with missing items or requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery problems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1+ year(s) of auditing or data entry experience.
  • Logistic experience a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, non-exempt position with a flexible schedule. The hourly rate is $18-20/hour.
