Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa. This is an exceptional opportunity to design, implement, and oversee the security of our network systems, ensuring they meet organizational requirements.

About the Role

This Enterprise Security Architect position is responsible for enhancing security team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business strategies and requirements to determine security needs.
  • Develop and implement security standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Design and deploy security systems, including intrusion detection methodologies and equipment.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
  • Maintain security by monitoring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Enterprise IT security.
  • Extensive knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
  • Ability to interact with diverse personnel to explain and enforce security measures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as business acumen and commercial outlook.
  • Certifications: CISM, Security+, CCNP, CISSP.

Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
