  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) is required where applicable.
  • Certifications in HIPAA, EFM, NRP, and TNCC are necessary for relevant roles.
Position Details
  • LOCAL RATE: [REDACTED] within a 75-mile radius.
  • Schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM, three shifts per week.
  • Work every other weekend.
  • Flexibility to float to other Medical Surgical units.
  • Staffing ratio of 1:6-7 during night shifts.
  • Experience with EPIC is required.
Job Requirements
  • BLS certification (AHA) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required.
  • Preference for candidates with 2 years of Med/Surg experience.
  • COVID and Flu vaccinations are required; exemptions may be accepted with proper documentation and approval.
Schedule Information
  • Shifts: 7 PM to 7 AM, three times per week.
  • Every other weekend commitment.
Unit Specific Information
  • Completion of a unit-specific competency exam is required.
  • A unit-specific skills checklist must be completed.
Additional Information
  • A copy of a valid Passport, driver's license, or government-issued ID is required.
  • ID must be clear and legible.
  • Auto insurance is necessary for Hospice positions only.
