The HR Coordinator is integral to the execution of various human resources operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Support employees and management with onboarding, benefits administration, timekeeping, and employee relations.
  • Process employee data daily in line with established procedures.

  • Guide employees in utilizing our HRIS for onboarding, terminations, pay adjustments, and job transitions.
  • Oversee the background check and motor vehicle record processes, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues.
  • Provide information on employee perks and coordinate programs such as employee passes and bus vouchers.
  • Assist the recruitment team with inquiries related to hiring.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately.
  • Participate in special projects and various HR functions, including orientations and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding all personnel information.
  • Manage unemployment claims as directed.
  • Handle Fresh Service and Workday tasks, resolving requests promptly.
  • Coordinate the distribution of employee communications and paychecks.
  • Process employment verification requests excluding wage details.
  • Provide local insights to assist employees effectively.
  • Engage in HR Team meetings and contribute to a positive office atmosphere.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a human resources context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is required.
  • Experience with database management software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Exceptional data entry capabilities are required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
  • Compliance with company policies and regulatory standards is necessary.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and management.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
