The Position:
The House Supervisor is a critical role that requires exceptional leadership and clinical expertise. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management. Your primary focus will be on addressing patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff during periods of high acuity or crisis
