Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Director to lead our ABA services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of ABA programs for children and adolescents with ASD
    • Manage and supervise a team of ABA therapists and staff
    • Ensure high-quality care and services are delivered to our clients
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Design and coordinate assessment and intervention services and programs
    • Develop and implement behavior-reduction plans and skill-building programming
  • Training and Supervision
    • Train and supervise regional clinical staff, including RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA
    • Provide guidance and support to staff on ABA principles, curriculum, and programs
  • Administrative and Operational Responsibilities
    • Manage case loads, supervision, behavior plans, staff, and facility
    • Ensure accurate billing procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications
    • Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (e.g., education, psychology, human development)
  • Professional Certifications
    • Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of ABA experience, including implementation of behavior-reduction plans and skill-building programming
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
