- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification or registration preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Certifications: Current certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire as CMA, RMA, or CCMA required.
- Skills: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
