About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Finance to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for providing expert data analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and data visualizations to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide expert-level support for data analysis and reporting using SQL, Python, and other tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and supply chain management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in complex financial or supply chain data analysis
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Lawson, Epic, and Tecsys systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Power BI
  • CPA certification
  • Healthcare financial reporting experience
