We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a PRN basis in the Manitowoc, WI area. As a Nurse Practitioner with our company, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously in the home setting, performing comprehensive health assessments for Medicare age patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual comprehensive health assessments in the home setting
- Work autonomously to see patients and make decisions regarding their care
- Collaborate with our contact center to build your schedule based on your availability
- Travel up to 120 miles per work day, with mileage reimbursement provided
Requirements:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
- Ideal background in urgent care or ambulatory experience
- Open to new grad Nurse Practitioners
