About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Cleaning Associate to join our team at MCR Hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
  • Stock guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
  • Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
  • Perform repetitive duties such as bed making and bathroom cleaning.
  • Conduct deep cleaning activities as needed within the guest room in conjunction with the maintenance department.
  • Interact with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Requirements:
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to stand/walk the entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
