Job Title: Cloud Computing Technical Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Computing Technical Content Specialist to join our multi-million dollar national intelligence program supporting the Cloud Investment Multi-Cloud Management (CIMM) team. As a key contributor to the intelligence community's first multi-cloud initiative, you will be at the forefront of emergent cloud computing technologies, establishing a foundation that will evolve to include all agencies within the IC.

Job Description

The Cloud Computing Technical Content Specialist gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information. Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology. Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. Supports the development of various documents and reports by developing and updating graphics presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compose technical documents including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
  • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, users manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
  • Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology.
  • Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, conciseness, style, and terminology.
  • Establish the overall organizational layout and editorial standards of submissions.
  • Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to develop a consistent, uniform style and language.
  • Manage the schedule, assignments, and meetings associated with all narratives and submissions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A valid Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, BI must be in scope and clearance in use.
  • Bachelor's degree and nine years of experience; Master's degree and seven years of experience; PhD or JD and four years of experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience using Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cloud technologies.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
