Certified Nursing Aide Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Aide to join our team at Keeneland Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a Certified Nursing Aide, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring and assistance with daily living needs
  • Interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assist with patient transportation and mobility
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course and current registration on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry
  • One year of experience as a nursing assistant in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or Long-Term Care environment (preferred)
  • Experience with electronic medical records (preferred)
