  • Completes daily written reports of shift activities, providing a clear and concise account of events and incidents.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Abides by all policies and procedures of Oriental Trading Company, adhering to company values and expectations.
  • Maintains regular, predictable attendance, with the ability to attend face-to-face meetings on short notice.
  • Collaborates with colleagues and contractors to achieve shared goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous security-related experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and understand English in written form or verbally.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Good discretion and judgment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to walk frequently, use elevators, and climb open grate stairways.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts with short notice.
  • A valid driver's license and driving record in accordance with OTC standards is required for operation of company vehicles.
