Data-Driven Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at SFG & NCC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and data-driven marketing strategies to generate qualified leads that will convert to sales.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per yearThis role offers an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to apply hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing in a fast-paced and engaging environment. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in and use initiative to achieve aggressive goals.
Key Responsibilities- Create and develop innovative marketing and advertising strategies to support business objectives
- Measure, assess, and report results with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics, data from population group surveys, economic and market trends, and various methods of advertising
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in varied marketing functions, especially lead generation, digital marketing, event planning, and ROI reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook)
