Job Requirements:
This is a senior leadership position that reports directly to the VP of the department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to execute strategy and drive results. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the immediate supervisor to all Front-Line, ProShop (location specific), and Cleaning Staff.
  • Accountable for the overall performance management and ongoing care of each reporting department.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have GED or High School Equivalency.
  • 5+ years of experience supervising and developing staff.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lead and manage others, maintain utmost ethical conduct, take initiative, and problem solve.
