What You'll Do:

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience across multiple businesses within our store location. This includes:

  • Engaging with customers and building relationships from greeting to post-sale contact
  • Demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
  • Encouraging and participating in team selling to drive sales volume and metrics goals
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects
  • Handling cash register transactions as a cashier

Physical Requirements:

We're committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment. This role requires:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift
  • Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Climbing a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies
  • Seeing and distinguishing between fabric patterns and colors
