Overview

Providence RN Careers is seeking a skilled Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to patients with acute medical conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Perform various medical procedures, such as inserting IV lines, administering medications, and performing wound care.
  • Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • 1 year of experience in acute care nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
