Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Successfully pass health screenings as mandated by state regulations
- Clear state and company background checks
- Have a minimum of one year of caregiving experience in settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, or home health/private duty
- Be proficient in performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, cooking, light cleaning, toilet assistance, and transfers
- Have at least 18 hours of availability per week
- Exhibit dedication, reliability, patience, and sensitivity to the needs of others
- Work independently and communicate effectively with clients, families, team members, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
The Speech Language Pathologist will:
- Assess patients with physical, psychological, and cognitive challenges to determine the suitability of speech therapy for enhancing their quality of life.
- Supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants and Clinical Fellows in delivering patient care aligned with individual needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and caregivers to develop and assess care plans.
- Coordinate and document interactions with all healthcare professionals involved in patient care as necessary.
- Provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using appropriate assessments and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including notes and verbal orders, in a timely manner.
