The Night Shift Production Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS). This includes auditing and monitoring quality requirements, conducting inspections, and documenting results. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and monitor quality requirements on production lines to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to identify any defects or non-conformities.
- Document and report inspection findings, including initiating non-conformance reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform equipment calibration checks and manage calibrated equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015 and SQF.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
