Truck Driver Regional Job Description

We have a limited number of positions available for experienced truck drivers. Our regional and OTR positions offer a great work-life balance, with regional drivers returning home every weekend and OTR drivers getting home every other weekend.

We also offer a 4-day work week option, where you'll work Monday through Thursday with a pay guarantee of $800 per week. Our drivers run late model Freightliner Cascadia's equipped with Parksmart system.

New drivers will enjoy a range of benefits, including DIRECT TV with NFL SUNDAY TICKET in their truck, as well as a 24' Flatscreen HDTV in their tractor. Our drivers also have access to many local premium channels, HBO, Cinemax, and NFL Sunday Ticket, with DVRs installed.

We're a 3rd generation family-owned company, and we pride ourselves on treating our drivers like family. Our safe late model equipment and excellent pay rate, including a $1,000 per week pay assurance, make us a top choice for truck drivers.

Our benefit package is second to none, with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, including 401k with company contribution, lay over pay, and dock detention pay. We also offer a sliding pay scale, with most drivers earning cpm on average.

Our drivers enjoy practical mileage, taking home an extra $13,000.00 per year more than most companies. You must take your truck home and keep it in one piece.

We run mainly in the NE, sometimes as far west as Texas, and as far south as Atlanta. We have 100% no-touch Van freight, some HZ and T freight, with HZ & T drivers earning more. Hazmat is not required for hire, but we suggest you acquire it within 60 days.

We offer a $25-$50 dollar bonus for clean DOT inspections. Our orientation includes $250 in your pocket with your first dispatch and $250 on your first check, with meals and travel taken care of. One driver per hotel room, travel provided to Orientation.

We have a 24/7 dispatch, with someone always available for you. We also offer a $ referral bonus to drivers.

To qualify, you must be at least 22 years of age, have a fairly clean MVR and DAC, and no DUI in the last 5 years. You must provide 10 year work history in or out of truck, and have at least 6 months OTR experience in the last 3 years by yourself.

You must take a new physical at Orientation, and be able to pass all DOT physical requirements, including hair and urine tests.
