Overview:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our elementary school students in achieving their communication goals. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary school students.
  • Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Develop and implement tailored IEPs to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure seamless communication and support for student success.
  • Therapy and Intervention: Provide evidence-based therapy and intervention services to a diverse student population.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • California State Licensure: Current California state SLP licensure or eligibility is necessary.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
