We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified Geriatric Medicine Physician to provide exceptional care to our elderly patients. This role offers the chance to work independently or collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality medical care to patients in community living facilities.
- Establish meaningful relationships with patients while managing their healthcare needs.
- Work full-time with a structured schedule that includes 36 patient contact hours.
- Participate in on-call duties during weekdays, holidays, and weekends.
You will be part of a dynamic team comprising 4 physicians and 8 advanced practice clinicians (APCs). Our support staff, including registered nurses and schedulers, will assist in coordinating visits and managing communications with facilities.
Compensation and Benefits:This employed position comes with a competitive salary guaranteed for two years, transitioning to a compensation plan based on productivity and quality metrics thereafter.

- Vacation: Enjoy 35 days off, encompassing vacation, continuing medical education (CME), and holidays.
