Homemaker

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Homemaker to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with grocery shopping and household chores.
3. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
4. Assist clients with medication management and provide reminders as needed.
5. Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to infection control protocols and reporting any hazards or concerns to management.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs. The Homemaker will work in clients' homes, with occasional travel to our office for meetings and training.
