Nurse Specialist

HealthONE is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team in Thornton, Colorado. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver safe, quality, evidence-based care.
Job Summary:
This position supports the mission of North Suburban Medical Center to deliver safe, quality, evidence-based patient care. The Registered Nurse must demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in the care of patients, with a focus on providing compassionate and individualized care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- AHA or ARC BCLS and AHA or ARC ACLS Certification for all Float Pool Registered Nurses.
- Additional certifications required based on specialty unit served.
- 1-2 years acute care/specialty nursing experience desirable.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.
