Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition to ensure optimal performance
  • Drive a company vehicle to customers' locations to provide prompt and efficient service
  • Safely apply pesticides according to company policy, label instructions, and any applicable law to ensure customer satisfaction and safety
  • Document services performed according to company policy and any applicable law to maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
  • Respond quickly to customer and/or office requests to demonstrate exceptional customer service
  • Assist in sales activities to drive business growth and revenue
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet industry requirements
  • High School or Equivalent preferred but not required for this role
  • Valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles
  • Background, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screen Required for employment
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated heights to meet customer needs
  • Ability to work with stinging and/or biting pests to provide effective solutions
  • Ability to read and write notes clearly to maintain accurate records
  • Be able to lift equipment backpack, up to 50 lbs, to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Ability to successfully complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process to meet industry requirements
  • Able to handle, mix, and spray pesticides and the chemicals associated with them to provide effective solutions
  • Preferred that you are already licensed to provide pest control services in Tennessee - though WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience is preferred for this role
  • Need to be in good physical condition in order to adequately meet the demands of fieldwork
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and comfortable interacting with customers as needed
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, with no felony or violate misdemeanor convictions
  • Overall positive attitude, strong work ethic, aspirations to grow professionally, and excitement to be a part of a local operation in Tennessee
