Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chinese Teacher to join our team at International Leadership of Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in Chinese language and culture to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the district's curriculum program and demonstrate a commitment to student learning.
  • Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, equipment, and technology to engage students and promote academic achievement.
  • Conduct ongoing assessment of student learning and use results to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods that align with district requirements.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth for all students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or training for the subject and level assigned.
  • Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in teaching Chinese language and culture preferred.
