Who We Are Looking For

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Clerk for Estates in a full-time position at a banking company based in Düsseldorf. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enter new estates into the database
• Prepare reports for the inheritance tax office, balance confirmations, and other documents for processing
• Manage estate accounts and verify inheritance certificates and powers of attorney after consulting with the legal department
• Act as the point of contact for branches, courts, and authorities, handling all correspondence, including condolence letters and phone calls with customers
