Position Overview:
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of Service Advisor. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and can create a welcoming environment for our clients, this position may be a perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and communicate repair requirements to technicians.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to recommend additional services while maintaining integrity.
- Provide precise estimates for repair and maintenance costs.
- Ensure adherence to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Manage and sell extended warranties.
- Inspect completed repairs for quality assurance.
- Notify customers promptly when their vehicles are ready for pickup.
- Review and clarify repairs and associated costs with customers.
- Address minor customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
- Keep the Service Manager informed of any problems or potential issues.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with dealership standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service advisor role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar dealership management systems is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must comply with all applicable laws and company policies regarding customer and company information.
- Authorized to work in the USA and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
