Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake screenings to determine patient eligibility for our WIC program
  • Accurately enter patient data into our computer system
  • Print and distribute WIC food instruments
  • Perform anthropometric and hematological screenings
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and respond to their queries
  • Organize and maintain supplies and equipment for all sites
  • Prepare and follow up on all site activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by State and Federal WIC Regulations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than one year of previous work-related experience
  • Blood work training required and provided by WIC
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
  • Valid driver's license with no pending violations and an acceptable driving record required
