Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Professional to join our team at Hickory Tavern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to our tavern is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Seating: Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring that they feel welcome and valued.
  • Host Stand Management: Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
  • Phone and Door Management: Answer phone calls and open doors for guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Side Work and Tasks: Perform opening, running, and closing side work, adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist other team members as needed, ensuring that the tavern runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Stand and walk for 4 to 8 hours per shift, frequently reaching, lifting, and bending.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read and write English, verbalize, and clearly respond to guests.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to be friendly, smile, and provide exceptional customer service.
