Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee data and process related forms and documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their benefits-related inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless benefits administration and risk management processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing benefits regulations and best practices to provide expert guidance to employees.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent (2 years of college coursework) in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
  • One year of related experience and substantial knowledge of benefit, risk, and/or customer service experience.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
