Baker

We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious pastries and fresh breads that our customers love.

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet cafe demands.
• Maintain high standards for flavor and quality using 100% real ingredients.
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
• Support your manager and team members in achieving goals.

• Love baking and have a passion for creating delicious treats.
• Enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
• Be a self-starter who can meet goals with minimal supervision.
• Have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Be committed to food safety and health safety.
• Be at least 18 years old.
