The estimated salary for this role is around $110,000 - $140,000 per year. As an Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation RN at Centerpoint Medical Center, you will be part of a team that provides top-notch care to patients with cardiac conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing rehabilitation.

Our Outpatient Services include a Surgery Center, Advanced Wound Care Center, Pain Center, Sleep Disorder Center, Imaging, and Rehab.

Job Description

The Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation RN provides in-patient cardiac rehabilitation to patients meeting defined criteria for Phase I. Responsibilities also include data collection and management for cardiology quality initiatives (AMI/HF Core Measures, Get With The Guidelines CAD/HF and ACS/Chest Pain) and other nursing duties as assigned. The RN participates in departmental and hospital performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

No weekends or holidays.
