Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate is a key member of the KWIK FILL team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer outstanding customer service by greeting all customers with a smile, responding to their needs, and making product suggestions.
  • Accurately operate the cash register, handle payments, and maintain a neat and organized checkout area.
  • Price, stock, and face merchandise, including lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary, to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.
  • Maintain the store's appearance in accordance with maintenance policies and adhere to Health Department rules and regulations.
  • Follow security and safety policies and procedures to prevent losses and protect employees and customers.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must be able to multitask, work independently, and effectively communicate with others.
  • A strong work ethic and flexibility to work various shifts are essential.

Work Environment:

  • This is a fast-paced retail convenience store setting with a dynamic environment.
  • Incumbents must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods.

Compensation:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
