Job Summary:
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Surveillance Agent to join our team. As a Surveillance Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring casino activities, maintaining logs, and reporting incidents to the Director of Surveillance or Surveillance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor casino activities using a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system
• Maintain accurate logs and reports
• Report incidents to the Director of Surveillance or Surveillance Manager
• Communicate incidents to pit personnel by phone
• Maintain confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information
Requirements:
• One year of games surveillance experience preferred
• Prior experience in a security, casino, or surveillance related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers
• Strong communication skills required, both verbal and written
Working Conditions:
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on an "as needed" basis
• Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
Education and Experience:
• One year of games surveillance experience preferred
• Prior experience in a security, casino, or surveillance related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Some college preferred
• Ability to satisfactorily complete a 90-day surveillance training program
Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on an "as needed" basis
• Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule
• Must be able to handle large amounts of information and take the best action necessary to correct the situation
• Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout all shifts
• Use of office equipment and computers
• Ongoing games protection training
• Must be able to interact with other departments, law enforcement and court personnel
• Must be able to obtain and possess a VA Gaming License from the VA Lottery
