Job Title: Surgical Department Director

Job Summary
Stealth Executive Recruitment LLC is seeking an accomplished Surgical Department Director to lead our team of medical professionals. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business success and deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Surgical Department, ensuring that all aspects of patient care meet the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing departmental goals, plans, and standards that align with organizational objectives.
  • Leading and managing a team of medical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance, ensuring that all aspects of patient care meet federal and state regulations.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A valid Kentucky Nursing License or Compact Status.
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience in a similar field.
  • Certifications, such as BLS and ACLS, required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, based on industry standards and your relevant experience.
