The KLA Services team is our dedicated service organization, encompassing Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

This Position is located in Rio Rancho NM
Diagnose and repair system-level issues utilizing CSE's technical expertise, education, training, and certification.


CSE's may identify and assess problems within customers' processes and may recommend a temporary halt of customer operations due to unsafe conditions.

Document field service activities and provide reports to other supporting functions regarding recurring issues.

Prepare customer quotes based on labor, travel expenses, and required parts.

Assist and cross-train fellow field service engineers as necessary.

Conduct customer orientation and technical training covering all aspects of equipment maintenance support for user applications.

Travel to customer sites and provide support throughout the western US and other regions in North America as required.

Contribute to the documentation, sharing, collaboration, and enhancement of knowledge using available systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated, dedicated, and reliable

Team-oriented and willing to travel

Ability to maintain excellent working relationships with clients and support teams

Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in working with electromechanical equipment in a cleanroom environment.

Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.

Hands-on experience with KLA Metrology equipment (Archer10 - A700) is highly desirable.

Bachelor's Level Degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree, Bachelor's Level Degree, or at least 3 years of work experience.
