Job Summary:


The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and enhance the quality of our services while nurturing relationships with current clients and exploring opportunities for new business development.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute all assigned duties with professionalism

• Conduct thorough cleaning and upkeep of various flooring types, including tile, carpet, and brick

• Complete tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes

• Utilize cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with established policies

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment as necessary

• Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including the use of appropriate signage for wet floors

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Report any identified safety hazards promptly

• Safely operate a company vehicle

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least one year of relevant commercial experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to work assigned hours

• Valid Driver's License with a strong driving record
