Director of Biostatistics

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Biostatistics to join our team at Genmab. As a key member of our clinical development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our innovative antibody products.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a statistical expert supporting the clinical development of compounds, including early and late-stage programs.
- Contribute to clinical development strategies and plans, ensuring the highest level of statistical expertise.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement statistical methodologies and analyses.
- Represent Genmab at regulatory meetings, conferences, and other external events, showcasing our expertise and commitment to innovation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Master's or PhD in a statistical discipline with 12+ years of experience in relevant technical areas.
- Proven track record of success in leading complex projects and teams, with a strong focus on statistical analysis and methodology.
- Experience working with regulatory authorities, including FDA, EMA, and ICH guidance for drug development.
- Strong understanding of biostatistical processes and SOPs, with experience in directing multiple complex projects and studies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
