As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing them with the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
  • Inform customers of any current specials and promotions, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Automotive parts experience is required, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license in the state where you will work and a good driving record.
